Making our fruit preserves in the artisanal manner for the past ten years has been a labor of love. Articles in The Atlantic, Saveur, Gourmet, Fine Cooking and The New York Times have inspired us to increase our production. Yet each batch of fruit still arrives from the farms during season to be skillfully cut by hand, cooked down in small batches in open kettles and preserved with the smallest amount of sugar and fresh lemon juice needed to set (no pectin or preservatives are used). Branches Organic Three-Citrus Marmalade 17 oz.

For the last 17 years, the tradition of British marmalade making has guided us as we make this marmalade each winter in our Napa, CA kitchen. Using certified organic citrus from our groves and local growers, we select Meyer lemons, Ruby grapefruits and Naval oranges...then hand-cut all the fruit, allow it macerate for two days to extract as much of the natural pectin as possible, and then slowly cook it down with a bit of sugar and some fresh lemon juice until just set. Each jar of Branches Three Citrus Marmalade is packed with intense, bright, rich citrus flavor and is ready for serving at your next brunch or high tea. Lavish on whole wheat toast with cream cheese or goat cheese, a scone or an English muffin, or to serve as a condiment with roasted pork and warm greens!
